How we imagine you :
We imagine you as a dynamic and data-driven digital marketing leader with 7 to 10 years of experience in omnichannel marketing, preferably in the consumer tech or retail sector. You're equally comfortable building strategy and diving into execution—from performance campaigns to CRM workflows. With a strong grasp of analytics, creative direction, and stakeholder collaboration, you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-vertical environment and knows how to turn insights into impact.
- Drive omnichannel digital marketing across platforms – including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon, and affiliate networks – to ensure cohesive customer acquisition and brand engagement.
- Plan and manage paid media campaigns with clear KPIs like ROAS, CAC, and CPL for various products and regional markets.
- Build and continuously optimize our SEO strategy, including on-page and off-page SEO, content marketing, keyword optimization, and structured blog publishing.
- Own SEM strategy with a focus on brand vs. generic search balance and product- specific landing page performance.
- Oversee the management of iPlanet’s Shopify eCommerce storefront, Google Merchant
- Drive conversion optimization efforts and enhance UI/UX in collaboration with the eComm team.
- Lead the internal creative team to ensure production of high-quality digital content, including banners, reels, videos, and performance creatives.
- Coordinate with agencies and third-party vendors for digital assets and campaign execution.
- Design and execute multi-channel marketing automation flows through email, WhatsApp, and push notifications, driving re-engagement, upsell, and loyalty.
- Manage influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns, especially for store launches and product pushes, using performance-based KPIs.
- Leverage influencers to build awareness and local relevance in the South & West regions of Indian markets.
- Benchmark creative and campaign performance through A/B testing across audiences, platforms, and ad formats.
- Develop and monitor blog-led inbound marketing strategies, measuring time on page, bounce rates, and assisted conversions.
- ROAS (Return on Ad Spend): Measured campaign-wise and overall
- CAC / CPL: Customer Acquisition and Cost Per Lead
- Paid Traffic % vs Organic: Channel performance mix
- Session-to-Transaction Rate: Funnel effectiveness
- Organic Traffic Growth: Month-over-month
- Email Open & Click-Through Rates: Across flows and campaigns
- Customer Retention Rate: Repeat visitor metrics
- Blog-led Conversions & Time on Site
- Keyword Ranking Improvement: For high-priority business terms
- This role covers marketing across:
- B2C Retail (iPlanet Premium Stores)
- iPlanet Care (Service Centers)
- iPlanet Enterprise & Education (B2B)
- Build and manage interactive dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools to present marketing insights weekly/monthly.
- Provide campaign performance reviews and actionable reports to senior leadership.
- Support MDF (Marketing Development Funds) utilization from brands by aligning digital initiatives to co-marketing objectives.
- Work closely with the Customer Engagement Center (CEC) to design retargeting flows via WhatsApp, IVR, Inbound and outbound campaigns.
- Contribute to thought leadership and long-form content, campaign strategy notes, an periodic competitor benchmarking.
- 7–10 years of experience in digital marketing
- Experience in retail, consumer tech, or eCommerce preferred
- Proven ability to lead omnichannel campaigns (digital + offline)
- Hands-on experience with performance marketing and automation tools
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and CRM strategy
- Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Shopify
- Skilled in marketing analytics and dashboarding (Looker Studio, Power BI)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Strong copywriting and creative briefing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Based in or open to relocating to Coimbatore
- 60-day notice period or less preferred
