What we expect from you: To act as a strategic HR partner for our Retail and Service verticals by aligning people practices with business goals across regions. You’ll be the go-to HR advisor for driving talent acquisition, engagement, performance, learning, and compliance — ensuring that every employee touchpoint enhances productivity, retention, and the overall employee experience.                                                                                                           Job Responsibilities:                                                                                                                     Talent Acquisition
  • Partner with business leaders to plan and forecast manpower requirements.
  • Drive end-to-end hiring for frontline and regional roles, ensuring timely closures.
  • Oversee onboarding and ensure role-specific inductions are effectively delivered.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and regional hiring campaigns.
  • Track probation reviews, confirmations, and internal mobility plans.
Performance Management
  • Drive performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, and calibrations.
  • Coach managers on effective feedback and performance evaluation.
  • Support performance improvement processes and follow-up actions.
Employee Engagement & Retention
  • Conduct regular employee connects and engagement forums.
  • Implement stay interviews and identify attrition trends.
  • Recommend interventions to improve retention and reduce early exits.
Learning & Development
  • Identify regional training needs and ensure participation in key programs.
  • Collaborate with L&D to plan and track training impact and effectiveness.
  • Evaluate post-training application and ROI.
Compliance & Governance
  • Conduct HR and compliance audits across stores and service centers.
  • Ensure adherence to POSH and labor laws in the respective regions.
  • Coordinate with legal and payroll teams for statutory and employee-related matters.
HR Reporting & Analytics
  • Maintain regional HR dashboards covering headcount, attrition, training, etc.
  • Present insights and trends in business reviews for data-driven decisions.
  • Track HR initiatives and their contribution to business performance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration (mandatory); MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • Experience: 5–8 years in HRBP/HR Generalist roles, preferably in multi-location Retail or Service environments.
  • Skills & Tools:
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regional HR compliance.
    • Proficiency in HRMS platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, etc.).
    • Analytical mindset with comfort in handling HR data and dashboards.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently, travel frequently, and manage multiple priorities.
