What we expect from you: To provide seamless coordination support to the Enterprise Business team by managing partner communication, maintaining accurate sales data, and ensuring smooth cross-functional workflows. You will be a critical enabler who ensures timely documentation, reporting, and operational efficiency to support business growth.                   Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with OEM partners for contract sign-ups, renewals, and documentation.
  • Support the Enterprise Sales Team by consolidating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Liaise with Finance and Legal teams for invoice follow-ups, agreement reviews, and compliance needs.
  • Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reports to support business decisions.
  • Streamline communication between internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • 4–5 years of experience in sales coordination or business operations.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of AI-integrated tools, Excel automation, and Power BI is an added advantage.
  • Experience working with OEMs and ISVs.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to take ownership and manage multiple priorities effectively.
