- Validation process with internal guidelines and process
- Should have some technical knowledge to handle location queries.
- Following the Escalation Raised by the Locations.
- Checking the KBB Parts Sent To Apple and validation process
- Creating Escalation and Chatting with Apple team for Location escalation
- Maintaining and Monitoring Location Scores of Apple Parameters with ACSE Parameters (NTF, CCLR, REPTAT, PPR, SUR/SDR) and CSAT Percentage.
- Need to ensure the Consignment and Loaner Usage of location and Validating
- Need to Follow with Location to Complete the ATLAS Course for their respective job assigned.
- Creating Stoking for the Locations.
- Need to Known the basic Knowledge in Excel work.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably with Apple products.
- Strong knowledge of Apple hardware and software, including iOS, macOS, and related applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to providing high-quality support.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in shifts as required.
