- Front-end executive to handles the daily walk-in customer supporting them with resolution for the issue.
- CREs should have very good communication and Presentability.
- Empathy, Escalation handling skills, business conversion, technical
- Knowledge on Apple products.
- Requires the ability to handle Customer Relationship Management.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within a retail or service center environment.
- Strong knowledge of Apple products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
