- Drive end-to-end sales for Break-Fix, AMC, FMS, and Managed Services across enterprise and mid-market customers.
- Identify, qualify, and close large multi-year service contracts while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and forecasting accuracy.
- Engage with CXO-level stakeholders (CIOs, IT Heads, Infra Leaders) to present service solutions, SLAs, and ROI-driven value propositions.
- Own and enhance the service portfolio, including defining service offerings, pricing models, SLAs, and renewal frameworks.
- Position and promote managed services using platforms like ManageEngine, Sapphire, and other ITSM/RMM tools.
- Manage P&L, drive revenue growth, optimize margins, and develop business plans and GTM strategies.
- Collaborate with OEMs (Apple, Dell, HP, Lenovo) and partners to strengthen service offerings and go-to-market execution.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Delivery, Finance, Supply Chain) for solutioning and deal closures.
- Track operational metrics (SLA adherence, MTTR, renewals) and implement continuous improvements.
- 15+ years of experience in IT services sales with strong exposure to Break-Fix, AMC, FMS, and Managed Services.
- Strong understanding of Apple ecosystem and multi-vendor environments (Windows, Mobility, Servers, Networking).
- Hands-on experience with ITSM/RMM tools like ManageEngine, Sapphire, SolarWinds, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of closing large multi-year enterprise service deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and CXO-level stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing P&L, business planning, and long-term growth strategies.
- Strong enterprise network across South and West India.
- High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving and execution capabilities.
