What we expect from you : We expect you to drive regional marketing excellence through impactful store-level and hyperlocal campaigns that boost footfall and strengthen brand visibility. You will act as the bridge between central marketing and regional sales teams, ensuring timely execution, festive readiness, and strong vendor coordination. Your goal is to deliver effective, locally relevant marketing that directly supports sales conversions and regional growth.                                                                                                                                       Job Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute store-level and regional marketing campaigns aligned to local customer behavior, cultural events, and product focus.
  • Develop localized campaign themes, taglines, and creative briefs for promotions and launches.
  • Manage ATL and BTL activities including newspapers, FM radio, flyers, kiosks, and in-store branding with local agencies.
  • Lead new store launch marketing: pre-buzz, invitation, inauguration activities, influencer presence, and post-launch visibility.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Heads and store teams to understand zone-specific needs and customize communication.
  • Integrate digital channels (Google Ads, WhatsApp, Facebook) with offline branding to create strong hyperlocal presence.
  • Maintain monthly marketing calendars, track execution timelines, and ensure festival and seasonal alignment.
  • Conduct merchandising audits for branding consistency, signage visibility, hygiene, and prepare detailed audit reports.
  • Collect store-level campaign performance data, prepare activity scorecards, and report insights to marketing leadership.
  • Manage vendor coordination, negotiate cost-effective media placements, and ensure timely deliverables.
  • Support store teams with real-time branding updates, promo templates, and local-language adaptations.
  • Ensure GMB and Google Merchant Center hygiene, resolving fake or impersonator listings with platform support.
Requirements:
  • 3–4 years of experience in regional/field marketing, preferably in electronics retail, mobile retail, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong coordination skills with field/zonal sales teams and proven ability to execute campaigns quickly.
  • Experience managing ATL & BTL agencies, vendor negotiations, and local budgets.
  • Fluency in regional languages for effective communication with vendors and store teams.
  • Prior experience in store activations, in-store promotions, and brand visibility programs.
  • Ability to manage multiple zones, track campaign performance, and deliver timely reports.
  • Strong understanding of hyperlocal marketing, retail merchandising, and festival-based promotions.
