How we imagine you : We imagine you as the Apple Service Centre Manager, ensuring smooth operations and top customer satisfaction. You'll manage staff, service quality, inventory, and customer relations. Your leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence are key to achieving our service centre's goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of skilled Apple Certified Technicians.Provide coaching and guidance to enhance technical skills and customer service capabilities.Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professionalism.
- Service Quality: Ensure all repairs and services meet Apple's quality standards and guidelines. Monitor and maintain customer service levels by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. Implement and enforce quality control processes to minimize service errors.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory procurement, storage, and tracking of Apple parts and components. Ensure efficient use of resources, minimize wastage, and maintain accurate inventory records. Forecast parts and equipment needs to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Develop and manage the service centre’s budget. Monitor financial performance, analyse key metrics, and implement cost-effective measures. Drive revenue growth through upselling services and accessories.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with Apple's service standards, policies, and procedures. Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to safety regulations.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service. Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions that meet or exceed expectations. Gather customer feedback to improve service quality.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports on service center performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate records of repairs, warranties, and customer interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) certification or equivalent technical certification.
- Proven experience in managing a service center or technical team.
- Strong knowledge of Apple products and operating systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using service center management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Financial acumen for budgeting and cost management.
