How we imagine you: We imagining you as a highly skilled and experienced technician with a passion for repairing Apple products. Your technical expertise in diagnosing and fixing hardware and software issues for iPhones, iPads, and Macs sets you apart.
- Installs and tests products to make sure they work correctly.
- Follows installation & operation manuals.
- Responds to service requests and repair products.
- Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans.
- Teaches customers how to use their products.
- Escalates issues to managers promptly.
- Knows how to use the necessary tools & equipment’s.
- Maintain service reports after every appointment.
- Collaborates with managers and other service technicians.
- Adheres to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Fresher who have completed in Diploma or Bachelor degree in Electricals or Electronics.
- Technical knowledge on Apple products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
